Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox's parents are Dorothy Farquharson as well as Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson, and Thomas Allison Lennox were her parents. Lennox took classes in piano, flute and harpsichord at the Royal Academy of Music London for three years throughout the 70s. She survived on a student allowance and worked part-time to help supplement her income. Lennox did not feel content with her abilities compared to other students at Royal Academy and began looking for alternative paths. Lennox played the flute in the 1976 group called Dragons Playground. But she quit before the band went on I.T.V.s talent contest New Faces. The main part of her role was The singer for The Tourists from 1977 until in 1980. In this band, she met Dave Stewart who would later form Eurythmics. Lennox worked on her solo debut album Diva. It came out in 1993. It was a huge success both commercially as well as critically. Nostalgia Lennoxs six solo album was released in the month of October 2014. was Nostalgia Lennox. The C.D. is a selection of Lennoxs favourite blues and soul jazz tracks from her early years. In addition in May 2019 Lennox has released Lepidoptera which is a compilation of four piano pieces that she improvised. The E.P. The first single from her debut album"Now I Letting You Go... is the perfect accompaniment to her work of work at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. Annie Lennox born December 25 1954, is an Scottish activist, politician and philanthropist. She is also a musician and singer. In the late 70s, she gained a little fame when the lead singer the group known as The Tourists. She and Dave Stewart then gained international notoriety in the 80s under the name Eurythmics. Lennox began her solo musical career in 1992 through the album Diva. It included a number of popular songs including Walking on Broken Glass and the song Why. Medusa is the album she recorded as her first studio album in 1995. It features cover versions of songs like The No MoreI Love Yous and A Whiter Shade of Pale. Her credits include seven studio albums by herself as well as a compilation.
